Making a match
Matching you with the right forever friend is really important to us. We ensure that your family’s and our greyhound’s needs are taken into account so that when you adopt a forever friend, you will share a lifelong bond together.
Our greyhounds live in loving foster homes (never in kennels) where we have the opportunity to get to know them in great detail, and where the greyhound gets used to living in a family environment. We work closely with the foster families to find the ‘pawfect’ forever home for each of our greyhounds.
First steps
Before arranging a meet and greet with one of our greyhounds, we would like you to fill in our adoption application form.
We will conduct a home check to ensure your home is safe and secure for a greyhound (i.e. fences are high enough, the greyhound has a cozy indoor sleeping space etc.)
If we have a suitable greyhound for you to adopt, they will move into you home on a trial basis. After a successful trial period of 3 weeks, we sign the adoption papers and our adoption fee of $400 is payable.
Our greyhounds are vet checked, C5 vaccinated, microchipped and de-sexed.
